Terms of Service

Quotes and bookings are based on the information provided by the customer. Adjustments may be required if size, vehicle, access conditions, or component condition differs from what was described.

Appointments are secured with a card on file. A $25 fee may be charged if the booking is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or if the customer is unavailable at the scheduled appointment.

Mechanical services shown for informational purposes, including oil and brake work, remain subject to review before an appointment is confirmed.

Appointment times operate in service windows so route efficiency can be maintained during seasonal peaks.
